Adjusted the position of the Mercenary Carbine to better fit the hand of the survivors (3rd Person/3D world)

Reverted back to the old changes, this mod will conflict with my NC4 Pistol mod (At least it will say it conflicts but it's just same material names. It doesn't actually conflict. I had to revert back to this because i realized there was a glitch with the model that won't let me change the material name for some reason.
