+Focus has longer duration (-0.55 --> -0.35)
+Added voiceline that tells you when focus is ready

+Faster Sniper Drive while using Focus
-Changed Ice Lasso from hitstun to hitstop (opponents can recover once stun window is over now)
-Reduced time frozen while hit by Ice Lasso ( 120 --> 75)
-Reduced Tundra Ray (non-focus) height in the air (19 --> 17)
-Longer duration to get Focus (+0.09 --> +0.07 per frame)
-Reduced time to use Focus (-0.35 --> -0.55 per frame)
-Slower Up Throw
