-Jumping on crouched fat players will boost your jump height depending on how fat they are
-Jumping on players stuck in downward facing gaps will act as pushing, with bonuses based on your size

-Fixed players being unable to grab other players that are pulling
-Fixed a bug where pushing a stuck player while carrying another player could shove you backwards
-Tweaked the difficulty slider so pipes no longer get smaller than default difficulty, they just take longer
-Improved Input Config bindings no longer override the default input for feeding
-Testing some tweaks to tail animations while stuck, may be reverted later...
