This update is mainly on rebalancing.

SAVEGAME NOT COMPATIBLE

Changes:

Re-balanced all production methods. Nerfed productivity for mid-game and increased late-game productivity. Removed laborer job with late game automation.

Removed Cloning Vats as AI are too stupid to handle it. The technology "Human Cloning" Now give a flat bonus to birth rate of accepted cultures.

Added much higher SOL Expectations from technologies.

Removed some technology in base game.

Moved some technologies to military technology tab.

Slightly nerfed military unit statistics.

The New Year Update! Happy New Year guys!

Here's what changed:

Nuclear Strike now under Diplomatic Actions Tab. Removed old "Launch Nuclear Strike" Decisions. When other country launch nuclear attacks, you can see it as a notification.

Nerfed Companies so they only provide buff to one kind of building.

Re-worked land unit combat. For infantry, you now have normal or motorized, heavy (powered armor) or light. Effect of cybernetics and computing technology are now part of the Mobilization Option, as they do not really change the underlying military unit. Note that these mobilization options adds cost to battalions even without mobilization.

Updated Chinese Localization. Chat GPT translated, but I have taken a few looks to ensure it's correct.

Added "Infantry Motorization" Technology.

Added localization for Human Cloning Technology.

Nukes and Delivery Capacity, and their monthly growth, are now in integers.

Decreased Delivery Capacity Monthly Depreciation to 6%.

Give 1 base Delivery Capacity to anyone who finished decision "Develop Nuclear Weapon".

Major Updates:

Cloning Vats now functions by giving you 8,000 primary culture pops each month.

Added a Vehicle Factory to provide you with Automobiles.

Greatly increased the cost of navies.

Minor Fixes:

Re-balanced ranches.

Changed effect of certain mobilization options.

Buildings now have their models properly shown.
Added localization for advanced plantation production methods.

If things doesn't go wrong, the next major update would be 1.5 compatibility where there are *so many* things to be re-worked. Specifically, the new things needed are:

>> Reworked Army system.
>> New Companies for new industries
>> Need to decide if I'm keeping the air transportation good, or make everything under "transportation".
>> Buff airports.
>> Whatever economy-related issues in 1.5 update
