Fix ID parsing for "spawn" and "spawn_raw". Specifying an ID, formatted like "ID.-1.1234", will now properly spawn the same creature each time

Added "respawn" command to recreate players destroyed by falls, being carried into a den, etc.
Fixed the "type" selector not working properly
Fixed "invuln" when no arguments are given
