1.9.2 Update

- New GFX

added Chinese localization

- removed Gambler trait
- Added a bad gambler trait
- Added a good gambler trait
- Each time you lose you gain a loss tally 50 gives you the bad trait
- Each time you win you gain a good tally 50 gives you the good trait

For this update I added a new trait into the game called Gambler. The trait will give

0.2 multiplier for stewardship lifestyle
+1 monthly prestige

To get the trait you have to gamble a lot...

Added stress loss and stress gain depending on if you win or lose.
