Created a new decision that allows you to give the pope the county of vaticano and keep him as a vassal.

As it currently stands you must be an emperor to do this decision as the papacy is a kingdom level title.
You only get half of the piety and opinion modifier as you would granting him the vatican whilst keeping his independence, this is more for minor balancing reasons.

• Renamed the holy site of Rome to Vaticano, also moved it to the county of Vaticano
  
• Changed "Mend the Great Schism" so that it uses Vaticano rather than Rome
  
• Removed/changed unnecessary files so that the mod takes up less space
