Fixed issue where Wrath of the Flame would continue to work with other weapons even after Pyrocleave was unequipped.
Nerfed Wrath of the Flame from 30% to 20% chance.
Nerfed Kiss of the Flame from 40 to 30 damage.

Fixed issue where loading screen for Pyrocleave was the only one that would show.
Fixed issue where flame didn't show on the weapon initially or when dropped or added to a weapon plaque.
Fixed issue where weapon couldn't be picked up initially or when dropped or added to a weapon plaque.
Fixed issue where weapon would float when dropped.

Added Pyrocleave to the left of the skyforge.
