Version 0.3.0 "Blue Danube"

- Added 35 Austrian Generals and 1 Politican.

- Added decisions which allows you to choose as heir the historical archdukes Rudolf, Karl Ludwig, Franz Ferdinand, Karl and Otto. Theses decisions become visible on historical throne accession dates.

- Reorganization of files and creation of new characters_template files to allow compatibility with other "Historical Politicians & Generals" mods.
