• Fixed a bug for the chara-selec portrait that didn’t reset the colour mapping

NSPECIAL:

• The triple fireballs are briefly transcendent on cast before gradually losing it.

FSPECIAL
+ Can ledge snap now instead of being oddly stuck on stage corners

DSPECIAL_AIR:
- Endlag reduced from 44 -> 32
+ If the Elephant has hit any opponent and has successfully landed, Shantae can cancel out of the move sooner.
(If this ends up being problematic, I can remove this in the next patch)
• If parried, Elephant cannot fall through platforms.
