Updating this because of some oversights.

-Removed red eye trail from the Renegade and Manpad operators.
-Added orange eye glow to Outland Elite Recon unit.
-New FX for unstable autonomous unit.
-Added red eye glow to elite motorized unit.
-Fixed regular motorized unit having the chance to spawn with the shotgunner skin even if they're using the SMG1.
