Test update from new PC. This time it did not went smoothly.

I forgot what I added....

4.2.1
- Implement Idol job swapping, Idol as default and Idol Dualist as alternative.
- "Upgraded" version now increase upkeep for both version by 10%.
- Removed a few unused scripts which I have no idea why they existed in the first place.
- Origin Hard Reset now give 200 Idol job as buff instead of Idol Dualist as game only recognize default version.

- I have not run long game test yet, very possible I might miss a few spots.

*Before Infernal DLC*
Applied Idol Theater simplification.
- This building now "upgrade" instantly with technology. (I forgot the name)
- While not require strategic resource, get Idol job upkeep extra 10% instead. 5% for Idol Dualist.
- Note that if you take Warrior culture, you may find a few Idol jobs from certain civic / origin / tradition.
For some reason will also take small amount of alloy upkeep. I don't think I could do anything about it!

- As for existing Hyper Idol Theater, user may not built any more of it. I'm not spending infinite time to do anything about it.
Deal with it as you please. It should be no new problem after new fresh game.

I will delete script regarding Hyper Idol Theater in a week or two.

Further delete files and script related to "mortal" type before I forgot again.

Exempt Idol Duelist jobs from automation building.

Exempt Idol jobs from automation building just like Telepath jobs.
I wasn't realize it can be done.
Consider this as soft and sensible nerf.

Additional generic ship class names, theme after cocktail names.

Tone down buff for Entropy drinker civic. Turns out this civic is very powerful under certain build.

Add a few generic ship class names, a few other classes' name also included.

- Alter Gamindustrian basic file removed. Will remove the rest next week.
- Testing Idol job buff when taking Entropy Drinker

Add 200 Idol jobs when picked tradition Psychometry.
Pop growth just too slow.

Note: I removed old Psionic buff as I have no quick review method. Don't want to deal with it.
