- Added visual state transfer abilities. You can now mark multiple states at the same time to be transferred, via the "Mark for state transfer" decree. Once they're marked, you can simply use the diplomatic action "Transfer marked state(s)".

@ MAJOR UPDATE

- Added "Revoke State" diplomatic action. This action simply allows you to revoke a state from a puppet country (not allowed for dominions and higher) with a cooldown of 12 months, and a deterioration of relations by 25 points.
- Now, whenever you transfer or revoke a state, the other country will get an event as a notification!
- Cooldown of state transfers was reduced to be 1 week only.
- Transferring a state to another country now give 25 positive relations.
