1. The game rule for turning off and on sprawl now works. MB+ had it deactivated. If you have too much stutter when moving along the map, turn off sprawl.
2. Turning off sprawl no longer should result in giant walls. MB+ was causing some scaling issues that is corrected here now.
3. There is an additional rule to add more sprawl. This adds sprawl when some special buildings are added to locations.(It doesn't do much but in some cases where you build a special castle or goverment building it will reflect on the map even if the barony doesn't have the other requirements).
4. Additional tweaks and compatiblity adjustments.
