• Restructured communion/autocephaly doctrines
  
• Divided the Dualism religion between Manichaeism and Sampsaeism, with certain Dualist faiths placed into the Christian religion
  
• Certain faiths can now begin as hidden, preventing them from appearing until they are unlocked
  
• Added a decision to establish autocephaly, allowing certain ethnic churches to appear mid-game; of which there are the following: Bulgarian Orthodox (begins as established in the 1066 start date), Serbian Orthodox, Baltic Orthodox, Russian Orthodox, Vlach Orthodox, Finnish Orthodox, and Polish Orthodox; all of which have their own regional holy sites
  
• Renamed vanilla's Manichaeism to Denawar Manichaeism, and added the following Manichaean faiths: Babylonian Manichaeism, Martari, and Dayhurianism
  
• Moved Mandaeism, Sabianism, and Elchasaitism into the new Sampsaeism religion
