- Province borders in Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria and N. Macedonia have been redrawn to resemble modern day borders.
- The standing army and city positions have been improved in the Balkan regions including a province in France and Russia.
- Darfur positions are now correct.No longer do the armies disappear to S.A.

Trade Nodes in South America Fixed
- Certain South American Provinces would belong to African Trade Nodes

Graphics:
- Australia now has its correct flag

UPDATE V2.3 NEW AFRICA

"MAP"

The entire continent of Africa is now almost completely different:
- Completely Different Province Borders
- Different Wastelands
- 6 New starting Nations
Eritrea, Chad, Darfur, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Kongo, Zambia
- Localisation and Names for all of the 6 new nations
- Africa now resembles the vanilla EU4 map but with way less provinces sticking true to the Better Performance EU4.

"DIPLOMACY"

In order to maintain balance and avoid the US or any other nation taking over the world, diplomatic actions have been implemented.

- USA is allied to Canada Mexico and France.
- Major EU nations are also allied to each other.
- Darfur is a vassal of Sudan
- Iraq is allied to Syria in order to defend against the Turkish threat.

"MINOR CHANGES"

- Belgium now has it's correct modern flag
- Turkmenistan's localisation is fixed (Would appear as second Kazakhstan).

- Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia all have their correct localisation.
- Proper Kazakhstan is released.
- Turkmenistan now exists.
- Chagatai Khanate has vanished into the abyss of history as it should be.
- Certain Provinces now belong in their correct countries.
