Item Reworks:
*Leaking Battery only has a 50% chance to double the effects of active items
*Leaking Battery damage effect is now accompanied by an explosion
*Increased chance for Leaking Battery to cause a negative effect
-Leaking Battery can no longer add curses to the floor
+Leaking Batter can now destroy your active item
*Red Sea shot speed changed to -0.2 (was -0.1)
-Red Sea no longer gives Wiggle Worm effect
+Red Sea now gives tears a wave pattern
+Red Sea now gives tears a slight knockback boost (20%)
