Vegito has gotten the most changes for this patch.

Attacks
-----------
Uptilt has a new animation.
Up strong, Fstrong, neutral B and Side B all have voice lines.
Bair has a new animation.
Fair has been remade, it is now a triple kick with a forth finishing kick done by pressing attack again.
Down strong has been remade. He will now lunge forward with a earth breaking punch.
Reduced start up on Up B.
Angle has been adjusted for Nair.
