Reworked the speed boost system
Different careers have different characteristics (acceleration, max speed, etc.)
Sliding attacks are always crits
Vaulting off an enemy grants a short strength bonus
Rolls and Dives stagger the area around you
Wall and Ledge runs refill your career skill

No more phantom wall jumps or vaulting off dead enemies.
Vaults now do a weak stagger.
Rad Rolls and Daring Dives are back for higher altitude drops.
Added some debugging (need Debug output enabled to the log) for slide invisibility.

Slick Slides make you invisible to and clip through enemies for surprise attacks. Reworked wall run camera behavior.

Wall runs now require a key to start (bind it in the settings, I like RMB), wall jumps behave a little nicer, holding crouch after a jump with a chain length >= 2 will start a Slick Slide.

Vault of armored enemies, wall runs are a little more reasonable, wall jumps push you off the wall

Race mode got some updates:
- transporting works for Fields of Wheat, still need to look for other levels' hotzones
- syncing positions should work for clients
- the race ends when everyone's at the bubble (which doesn't show up, don't worry about it)

Misc:
- slightly higher jumps when running
- tweaked how the move list handles things, still need to address the color scheme
- added headshot and kill streak detection
