Addition
- New event "Syncretization with the Norse" spawns upon owning any province with the Norse religion. This event will unlock Norse deity options in the "Divine Guidance" event.
Removal
- Removed add_ruler_personality section in "Divine Guidance" event because It wasn't working, may add back in if I can get it to work.
