-Fixed Landed Title color error.
-Altered Makran's color to better match the brightness and tone of its neighboring kingdoms in the Persian Empire.

-Court Language of Croatia has been fixed.
-Historical Faith Corrections for several Muslim Characters across both 867; this better improves the cultural feel of the characters.
-Many countries have had religion and faith adjustments to be more historic and cultural.
-Hafsids get special troops to better reflect the historical and cultural significance.
-Added English Localisations to all other languages *(to prevent unlocalized text)*
-For more accuracy, the Siberian Region has been improved culturally and religiously.
-Edits to finnish region. (Not an overhaul, just some quick edits)
-Numerous Cultural and Religion Consistency Fixes.
-Added decision to fulfill hadith; a small flavor decision for islamic characters who have successfully conquered constantinople.
-New French, Cisalpine, Occitan, Norse, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Namelists
-Characters who have the strong believers tradition, suffer a faith conversion penalty
-Zoroastrian rulers have had their faiths changed in 867, to better reflect their actual historical islamic faiths.
-Added a new decision; to allow Iranian rulers to take the decision; “Restore The Faith of Zoroaster” - a flavorful way to revive Zoroastrianism.
-Added new nicknames for Uniting the Norse Tribes, or Uniting the Anglo-Saxons.

Bug Fixes:

- Armenian has had Byzantine Traditions removed in 1066 so that it may align with the 867 culture.

- Carantanian is now renamed Slovene in the 1066 bookmark.

- Curonian rulers fixed, were incorrectly made Livonian.

- Cambrian has had its' prefix and collective noun corrected.

- c_opava has had its culture changed from Silesian to Polan in 867.

- c_vanemane has had its culture changed from Livonian to Curonian.

Changes:

- New Tradition: Karabisianoi, adoptable by the Romaioi.

- New Tradition: Contracted Armies, more reliance on Mercenaries with some benefits and cons.

- Added new Name-Lists for Assyrian, Hungarian, Magyar, African, Catalan.

- Horse Lords tradition has added pursuit bonuses.

- Rebalance of new tradition costs.

- Narrowing of scope for some innovations and men at arms.

Bug Fixes:

- African Flavorization disabled for now, remnant of initial BAP implementations and will be re-assessed in the future.

Changes:

- Salic Law is no longer applied when creating the Empire of Italia

- 867 Iberia initial culture setup made more dynamic. Asturleonese is renamed Asturian and Castilian is not there by default. Castilian is now created if Asturias undergoes the realm split and the Kingdom of Castile is created. The culture then diverges and Asturian is renamed Leonese.

- Unite Italia is more consistent with events such as Reform the Holy Roman Empire and Form the Bulgarian Empire.

- Form the Kingdom of Portugal has had its requirements adjusted to closer reflect the historical conditions that led to its creation.

-Iqritis Culture added to Krete to allow Hafsids to be divergent from Andalusians and engage in fun piracy.

- Zoroastrian Iranians recieved two new men at arms.

- Various Men at Arms fixes.

- Alani no longer spawns in Oskol in 867.

- Kuzarite religious spread reduced in 867 on game start.

Bug Fixes:

- Establish Norman Culture decision is now visible to any of the early Nordic cultures:

-Svear
-Norse
-Geat
-Gute
-Jute
-Dane

- Fixed Catharism not having Close-Kin Taboo

- Fixed Anglo-Saxon courtiers still spawning at start in 867 in the vassal's courts.

Misc Changes:

- If a culture has unique Men at Arms and are available to the player, they replace the standard men at arms as not to clog the men at arms list.

- Ifriqiyan Irrigation given to African and Maghrebi cultures as a unique cultural tradition to replace Dryland Dwellers.

- The predecessors to the Aragonese culture are now named Navarro-Aragonese in the Ebro river valley.

-Minor value edits to some traditions.

Bug Fixes:

-The Kingdom of Naples is now de jure Byzantine Empire to account for Italia changes.

-The Kingdom of Pisa is now dejure HRE in 1066 to account for Italia changes (Francia in 867).

-The Kingdom of Genoa is now dejure HRE in 1066 to account for Italia changes (Francia in 867).

-Restoring the Holy Roman Empire scripted effect now accounts for changes to the dejure. East Francia should properly be given to the HRE title (and then be promptly destroyed as is stated by the decision).

Bug Fixes:

-Secure the Mediterranean decision now behaves differently to account for de jure empire edits. Now when creating the Kingdom of Baleo-Tyrrhenia, the kingdom becomes de jure part of whatever hierarchy your primary title falls under. If owning or under Hispania, it will be dejure Hispania, if owning or under Francia, it will be de jure Francia, etc.

-CCU has been updated to the latest version featuring more fail safes, acceptance modifiers based on majority religion and faith of cultures, and Sprachbund (Language Union) modifiers.

-Some localization files renamed so that no vanilla localization files are directly overwritten.

-Missing localization for some Heritages has been added. This is merely for visual purposes as these heritages are for compatibility only.

-Removed culture date reset from Rus', was no longer used and causing an error.

Changes:

-Afri renamed to African Culture for consistency with other Latin Heritage cultures.

-African Culture has had Agrarian swapped with Dryland Dwellers until a custom tradition is made.

-Nubian Culture now has Nile Agriculture instead of Agrarian.

-Rus' now has Portage Tradition in 1066.

-East Germanic cultures present for history purposes have had their pillars and traditions edited to fit better with their historical circumstances.

-Yeneseian heritage changed to Siberian.

Bug Fixes:

- Found the Capital of the Rus' can be taken by Rus' characters (we just verified this).

- The emergence of the Rus' Culture event now gives the player the option to embrace or reject the culture change.

AI characters will still flip if conditions are met so the Rus culture can emerge in some form if other Nordic rulers are ruling over East Slavic lands.

-Embracing the Rus' culture converts the player to Slavic Paganism. This is done so that Asatru does not overpower all other faiths in the region.

- The Rus culture can now take the "Found the Capital of the Rus" decision.

- Nordic Rulers must now be within their respective regions to see the Unit the Tribes decisions.

- Fixed Brythonic language issues in 1066

- Innovations added to culture who were missing them among the West Slavs, Caucasus, and African cultures.

- Sidama culture now speaks the Cushitic language

- Jotvingian extent edited by 1 county.

- Removed majority Rabbinic faith from Tmutarkan

- Malta is now Afri culture in 867 instead of Byzantine Greek (could change with addition of other cultures in future, TBD)

- The County of Bastia on Corsica is now Italian in 1066.
