Release v1.037:

Increased size of the hit box on the backup tape measure to make it easier to find + extend the tape.

Moved dresser closer to the wall and added a collider behind it to make it harder to lose items behind the dresser.

Fixed spelling of "lollipop." Oops!

Update: Jul 11, 2022 @ 8:52am

Release v1.036:

Changed FaceTime Call Success screen to include an image of Mom; it seemed like too many players were confused wondering whether the call went through and were waiting for Mom to answer, since her face was previously not visible. Now it should be more clear this step of the puzzle was completed successfully.

Release v1.035:

Added redundant logic for completing puzzle sequence 9 and starting the final sequence, in case the trigger detecting puzzle piece 9 being picked up fails--a rare bug that I have seen happen twice in multiplayer. As soon as the song finishes playing, sequence 9 should now complete either when puzzle piece 9 is picked up, or when puzzle piece 9 is slotted in the correct slot. Sorry to anyone who got stuck on this and were unable to complete the room! Pine is still working to address multiplayer de-sync issues.

Rotated the combination lock on the guitar case so it is easier to see, especially the triangles which show the correct position for the combination.

Added extra silence at the end of app music files in case the logic fails that keeps them from looping. While rare, they can still loop but now if they do it will be 3+ minutes until the loop restarts again...hopefully enough time until another music file is triggered which will also break the loop.

Fixed the Lumix logo on the camera - this was previously a paint layer that wasn't showing up for some players. It is now a space sticker.

Release v1.03:

Added "Emergency Matches" in case the matchbox glitches in multiplayer or the player can't figure out how to use it.

Added a button under the sink to toggle an alternate stationary tape measure, in case the original tape measure glitches in multiplayer or the player can't figure out how to use the pickable version.

Added a five second delay before the Skip button appears on the nebula projector (after entering the combination incorrectly), to try to reduce players accidentally hitting it thinking it is a reset button.

Disabled the obstacle on the mic stand when props move, and increased the timer from 4 seconds to 30 seconds that enables the obstacles on the piano, chair, and mic stand after puzzle piece 9 is picked up. Hopefully this makes it harder to be stuck inside any of these items and unable to move (which can happen if you stand next to the crate to examine my book).

Changed the Descriptive name of the Unstuck button to be a a little less cheeky and a little more...descriptive.

Updated the text of the blue cloud in the intro to clarify current bugs and make it more clear there is text behind it.

Update: Jul 3, 2022 @ 1:00pm

Reverted to prior version until I could republish with Debug mode off.

Update: Jul 3, 2022 @ 12:57pm

Oops! Published with debug mode on.:)

Update: Jun 30, 2022 @ 8:39am

Release v1.022:

Changed some additional pickables to use the new "Update Clone - Never" setting. I don't expect this to resolve the known issues with pickables in multiplayer, but hopefully it won't hurt anything and there is a chance it could help. Might also improve FPS when holding these items.

Update: Jun 24, 2022 @ 8:25am

Release v1.021:

Modified Unstuck button logic, so if you press the keypad more than once in the Intro sequence, you don't get stuck again.

Thanks to emcrab[www.twitch.tv] for surfacing this issue (sorry you got stuck! thanks for restarting), and thanks to Robin for identifying the error in my logic...not the first time, and I'm sure it won't be the last. :)

Update: Jun 23, 2022 @ 6:24am

Release v1.02:

📱 Updated phone to take advantage of the latest hotfix which addresses lag issues. The phone should no longer lag when holding it - thanks Pine! Only tradeoff is the phone icon won't update to reflect the current screen until you put it down and pick it back up again.

🎤 Disabled microphone colliders so it is not pickable before the dresser colliders are enabled after the intro.

🍭 Changed "sucker" to "lollipop" since that seemed to be what more streamers are calling it, and I prefer that name as well.

Update: Jun 21, 2022 @ 5:52am

Release v1.012:

Added invisible stickers around the curved wall between the main room and kitchen, to make it harder to accidentally (or intentionally?) lose items inside the wall. The collider on the curved wall (a giant record) is disabled because it inteferes with movement and adjacent pickables. Thanks to KESOKESO for letting me know about this issue.

Raised the position of the "blue cloud" in the introduction slightly, to try to make it more obvious there is a whiteboard behind it with additional information and instructions.

Tweaked the starting position of the dice graphics on both ends of the dumbbell. No more Free Lunch! :)
