Changed chip descriptions
Added additional kung-fu sounds
Added Android Kung-fu sounds
- moved chip logic out of gizmos class, refactored so chips can be copied and pasted without throwing warnings

- fixed: icons not showing in hoverstats when AI starts with traits activated, adjusted alpha blend

- updated Shift-F8 hidden shortcut so it spawns with firearms / karate activated

- changed the way sound files get loaded and the way they're referenced to make things 100xs easier going forward

- fixed bug where the AI category would duplicate each time you load a new map

- Added function to safely turn on collisions for each limb individually at the moment its not overlapping another collider.
Using the new function after a person gets kicked and launched. This way they can slam into others during their flight.

- improved the timing on the soccer kick to enemies on the ground. so it no longer looks like the kicker just slipped on a banana peel.

- Tweaked it so Less likely to damage foot when kicking someone

- changed behavior so If jukebox is already playing they wont head over to it and change the song

- Tweaked the probability of flipping while hurt and not upright.

- clear the ignored props list when AI gains firearms perk. (attempt to solve issue of weapons not colliding with any AI so they can pick it up.

- Added a custom stat for each AI that determines the how often they make karate sounds. Thought this way is better than a single shared probability factor.

- Added ability to rename NPC by right clicking on a limb and selecting Rename from the context menu. (will eventually add an easier way for this)
