1. Coat of Arms (CoA) in the Title Window won't show the tooltipp with the Army Size anymore. I needed to disable the whole Tooltip because I'm not able to cut this information out. I suggest this function is definded by Paradox outside of modding opportunities (please correct me if I'm wrong)

I needed to disable the whole tooltip because I could not cut out the Military Strenght part (sorry)
