Fixed an issue that caused the game to crash if you use the mags mutator

Changed the suppressed variant to be slightly more expensive, modified the id of .22 ammo to be more consistent with the base game

Added Suppressed variant (My condolences to those of you who thought a suppressor would justify using a .22)

Also you'll notice it uses the vp9 sound, this is because I am lazy and may or may not make a custom sound for it.
