Toxic planet origin
This origin is a mix between toxic knight and overtuned origin. You need toxoid dlc to play this origin.
─ New species archetype. Toxics species need food and minerals. They have specific traits (overtuned traits)
─ This species needs are harmful for organic species. They get a special building chain (toxic baths) that replace clinics /hospitals.
─ The origin get specific jobs, mud attendant, that are in charge of the mud. More mines / industries and city districts there is on planet, more mud will be generated. Mud has increases happiness of the toxic species but decreases them for organic species
─ The toxic species get a penalty on happiness for any district not industrial or mining
─ This origin can also use the "damn the consequences" (overtuned specific edict) edict that double the positive effects of the traits
─ The species start in a specific stellar system (green color is dominant) and with specific capital planet template

Fixes:
─ Script launched after the planet colonization
─ Fix for french localization (vanilla entries broken)

Additions:
─ Added production of special ressources linked to traits for criminals
─ 16 building tiles opened by default for arcologies and special planets (shattered ring etc.). Still needs UI Overhaul Dynamic or Bigger Planet View.
─ Traits’ icons for Robot have now a specific color. This is also the same for Toxics species

Change
─ Nerf for the Hive - Ship cost and upgrades had a bonus of 50% on costs, it is now 20%. Ship upkeep has been lowered from -25% to -10%
