The molotov is holstered correctly now.

Changes:
Changed the slot position to 3 (Nade) - edit: mistake, should be 4

The molotov has undergone a complete visual overhaul that fixes many graphical issues. The effects aren't as exaggerated as in the previous version, but the smoke is definitely more realistic than in before and the particle effects look less out of place.

Its stats remain unchanged.
