Claims & Lifestyle Perks
* It was removed the claim events and interactions as were too much overpower and not very historically realistic. Now you get claims for your dynasty mostly by either conquest/invasion or marriage with someone that already have those claims.
* Meritocracy lifestyle perk now shields you from vassals using hooks to get council positions.
* Sanctioned Loopholes lifestyle perk was renamed to “Patronage” which gives you bonus to develop your capital and to cultural fascination.

*Alliance mechanic was updated a little bit. If you have no foreign alliances, you get +20 acceptance. Then for every alliance with a count give you -5 penalty, -10 for dukes, -15 for kings and -20 to emperors. This represents better the difficulty to create new alliances if there is an existing one has an area of influence over those lands.
*The spouse now gives only 50% of the ruler monthly renown of its corresponding tier (vanilla is 80%).
*Rulers of your dynasty from your own domain, now grant you 10% of the renown of that title (vanilla is 0%).
*Reduced mass stress gain from siblings and childs deaths

  • You are now able to hold courts at Count and Duke levels
  • Updated the grandeur mechanics to prevent all courts speak same language.
  • Grandeur bonus for each court speaking your language was greatly reduced due to the high increase of the number of courts
  • Courts at Duchy and County levels have a grandeur penalty.

Had to revert the innovations requirement to change era from 75% back to 50%.
This is due to an issue in the vanilla version, where the game is considering the basic plus regional/special to calculate the number of innovations needed.

Duchy/Kingdom/Empire Formation
Creating those tittles were very easy, in real live you conquered/dominated a territory and then you consolidated and organized that land as a duchy, kingdom or empire.
In theory, you should control the 100% of the territory in order to create its tittle. Nevertheless, the AI seems to have hard time to achieve that as they conquer without following the dejure tittle.
Consequently as middle ground to from duchies requires to control 60% of the land, while kingdoms 75% and empires 99%.
Empires were set to 99% due to they were very rare and hard to form and keep. In Europe for example, only the West Roman Empire (Byzantines) and Holy Roman empire were only empires that survived more than one generation.
