Dark Namie-Receive random modifiers every room.

+5 new items:
Fate's Reroll-Reroll modifiers to Dark Namie.
Blue Lily-Familiar that push tears back every 10s.
Namie's Lullaby-Replace tears with musical notes.
Sorrow's Crown-Familiar that stays on top of player head.
The Chosen One Mark-Creates a elemental wave that damages nearby enemies.

+1 trinket and soul stone
Yes, Please!-Make active items more likely to appears.
Soul of Namie-Grants a random modifier from Dark Namie and spawns a mini Namie that fights for Isaac.
