This is a bit of a cheat mod really, a trainer. It is great for mapping out what a race plays like so you can then play your 'real' game. I recommend you leave it on just for the first 20-30 turns, & then disable it. All your stats will return to default then. The purpose is to give you a leg up to get started. It basically gives your base low level infantry the next level up stats. I do not have much time to play games, so here I get to 'blitz' it.

Main Features:

+25 ranged and melee damage

+45 armour
+300% reserve ammunition for ranged units/artillery
-50% unit upkeep
+15 land recruitment slots
+150 gold per turn
+75% region population growth
+25% casualty replenishment
+10 public order
+10 culture influence
-50% tech costs
-90% god favour decay

Compatibility
Recommend loading the mod last. It should be compatible with most mods & all DLC. It only changes the stats for the human player at the faction level, so should be fine for mods that add additional units etc.
