Made into physical attack

Nspecial:
No longer goes in parry stun.

Fspecial:
Transfer the move into an article
Now it is slightly different

Dspecial:
If you have zero pollen it gives you pollen instantly

Sfx:
Fstrong and Dstrong will always play the strong sfx
Pollen moves > Other than strongs they will play another sfx based on how much knockback the move did

Pollen:
Slightly increased the size and range of the pollen
Not including Dtilt, Jab and Dair

Dair:
Start up 8 -> 10
Pollen Angle 45 -> 275
Pollen KBS 0.6 -> 0.4
Pollen BKB 6 -> 4
Arm BKB 4 -> 3
Arm Hitstun was reduced 1 -> 0.85
Pollen hitstun was reduced 1 -> 0.85
No-Pollen Arm angle 280 -> 45
No-Pollen Arm KBS 0.2 -> 0.3

Fspecial:
Edited sprite to have slightly more range
Cooldown 100 -> 60

Uair:
pollen is slightly more inwards

Nspecial:
Fixed the pollen rolling on plats

Dspecial:
cooldown decreased when the seed gets destoried or it doesn't land on ground 120 -> 90

Pollen moves:
Slightly less KBS when the move has zero pollen.
* wanted it to make it less likly that she was going to kill without pollen

Float:
Max Float 60 -> 40
* This is due to the fact you can increase your float by jumping or walljumping
^ Just look at the munophone for floating tech.

Dtilt:
Slightly moved the pollen more outwards horizontally 50 -> 55
Changed the angle 60 -> 80
Made the hitting non-pollen hitbox last shorter 4 -> 3
attack window frames 8 -> 6
* This is the only pollen move currently that isn't 8 frames

Jab:
Slightly moved the pollen more inwards horizontally 45 -> 40
Changed the angle 85 -> 90
Made the Kbs more consistent 0.6,0.4 -> 0.3
Reverted start up from the last balance patch 7 -> 9

Utilt:
Base knockback 8 -> 9
KBS 0.6 -> 0.45

Uair:

Removed falling at the start of the move
It takes less time to charge 30 -> 25 frames
