Made Nspecial less disjointed
Will slightly decreased speed if paired with rune J

Rune J:
Has hitlock out so it doesn't just infinite
Projectile will speed up now (4 -> 6 hsp)

Rune K:
Raised the amount before getting super armor
If she is not in the rose field, it will take much longer to get super armor
If she gets hit while crouched and doesn't get put into hitstun she takes a bit of extra hitpause
Getting hit will take more of hit protection x/1.45 -> x/1.60 unless it is under a certain kb
It takes slightly longer to get one hit protection 15% -> 30%
Dropped base protection from 11 -> 9
Added soft_armor per 1 hit point 1 -> 0.85

Rune L:
Will drop her nair's hitpause by 5 so you can interact earlier.

Rune F:
Hitting during float will extend the float timer a bit
