After several playthrough and a very endgame farm test. I realize my bags were a bit too powerful. I'm nerfing them to :

- 5x stacking ratio (was 9x, best human bag was 6x)
- price goes up to 18500 Cats (20 000 for the spectral version)

Calcul of the price : Best Vanilla bag for footmen (traders large) : 10x14 / x6 stacks / maluses / 4500. This one 12x16 / x9 / no maluses / ... 140 squares vs 192 squares ==> +37% /// x6 VS x9 ==> +33% /// then the 'no-maluses' feature would be for me the most expensive thing like double the price may be ? I would have => 4500 x 1,37 x 1,33 x 2 => 16440. Let's make a close round number @18500

raise probability bags comes in vendor's list from 10% to 25% (10% was a way too low number probably, after reaching the endgame I've only found 6 so far)
