- Corrected some province names
- Placed several provinces in their correct trade nodes
- Corrected the natives definition for several provinces
- Corrected the region definitions for the balkans and greece, which accidentally included the new alaskan provinces

- Added 3 new provinces in Alaska; Nome Census Area, Fairbanks Borough and Atlin.
- The Isle of Man is now a separate province
- Province 3047 "Cameroon" has been renamed to "Centre Region"
- Province 60 "Oberlausitz" has moved west to its proper position
- Province 2969 "Sternberg" is now properly connected to Berlin
- Province 3025 "West Greenland" now is now part of a trade node
- Province 3027 "West Sahara" is now part of its proper trade node, Safi
- Fixed numerous climate errors
- Fixed hundreds of unit province positions
- Fixed several provinces that had multiple trade nodes
- The Sami are now in the eastern tech group
- Reshaped dozens of provinces to fit 1914 borders
