Fixed the Weapons tab becoming blank when no UC weapons are installed.

  • New underbarrel weapon: M203 grenade launcher
  • Suppressors will automatically hide gunshot reverb if the round has low (subsonic) velocity
  • Training package rebalances:
    • Firm Grip and Operator merged with Endurance
    • Maneuver merged with Pointman
    • Never Flinch merged with Strafe
    • Dropshot merged with Run and Gun
  • Subsonic powder now hardcodes velocity to subsonic levels
