BlackMod Rebranding Update:


-New Name & Description
-Added new Thermal scope
-Added 2 FCGs

-Added new ammo: Tank Hunter Custom Cartridges*
-Adjusted Raufoss stats a little (slightly less damage, slightly more recoil, precision, and range)
-Adjusted attachment descriptions

*Basically just the Raufoss but higher damage, higher recoil, different way of igniting things (DMG_DIRECT+callback rather than DMG_BURN), and much much lower mag size
