Due to recent events, I am forced to push this update to the workshop in an unfinished state. As much as it pains me to do so, it is better than leaving bugs for people to constantly wonder about. Amongst other things, there were supposed to be 2 new weapons added in this update, as each PBU includes 3 guns, but they have been trapped in development hell.
Unfortunately, I have not had the motivation to work on [ArcCW] BlackMod for over 3 years now and letting what has been finished sit on my hard drive is unfair to those of you who have been eagerly awaiting this 4th major update. So, despite all that may be missing, I hereby present:

Weapon Changes:
All anti-tank/heavy weapons moved from slot 4 to slot 3.
All heavy weapon speed values tweaked.
All large caliber weapons (minus the SSK .950 JDJ) now deal damage to Gredwitch tanks by default (should also be able to damage other armored vehicles).
All weapon holster positions tweaked.
All weapon physics models have been fixed and overhauled.
All weapons can now be lowered.
Certain weapon sprint positions readjusted.
Certain weapon texture paths streamlined.
Firing animations will now finish before the bolt cycle animation plays.
Most weapon sounds have been overhauled, now using previously unused sounds along with utilizing a weapon's model for its sounds. Weapon sound files have also been combined into one, reducing overall lua file count.
Boys Mk. I:
• Sprint animation bug actually fixed
Carcano 1891:
• Extended mags increased to 9
• Muzzle attachment point fixed
• Reduced mags reduced to 3
• Underbarrel position moved up slightly
Fedorov Avtomat:
• Fixed material issue regarding fedorov_wood_m.vmt
• Now has “Gold Plating” skin
IZh-43 Sawed-Off:
• Double Barrel firing mode improved
• Lua file renamed for organization
• Moved from slot 3 to slot 1
• Range overall damage decreased
• Sprint animation position and speed tweaked
• Viewmodel position tweaked
PGM Hecate II:
• .qc file cleaned up and model reworked
• Damage and DamageMin values swapped
• Now has custom skin
• Now uses missing sound file for bolt cycle, sounds resynced
• PGM Hecate II changed back to PGM Hécate II
• Range lowered
• Recoil increased
SSK .950 JDJ:
• Charms position adjusted.
• Damage raised.
• DamageMin lowered
• Now has VisualRecoilMult of 5
• Shells made a bit smaller
Tankgewehr:
• Damage and Range raised
• DamageMin lowered
• Penetration halved
Wz. 35:
• Damage raised

• Now uses “custom” optic mount.


Attachment Changes:
"HDS Flip Sight w/ OPK-7" corrected to "HDS Flip Sight w/ OKP-7", adjusted holosight size and positioning, removed excessive zoom levels, default magnification reduced to 1, description updated.
.50 BMG Cartridge can now overheat and explode, reload speed buffed, name changed to be less vulgar.
.50 Beowulf 20-Round Casket Mag buffed to be more in-line with the rest of the attachments, file name corrected.
.50 Beowulf 5-Round Compact Mag file name corrected.
12 Gauge Slugs description tweaked.
Anti-Matter rounds renamed to Antimatter Rounds, added an extra number to damage values, muzzle velocity now matches damage values.
Antimatter Rounds file renamed from "ammo_skullsmasher" to "ammo_ggn40_skullsmasher" to avoid confusion and potential conflicts, damage multipliers set to a damage override for a flat damage across all weapons.
Bandit Style hold position and angle changed, hip spread nerfed.
Brain Cells name changed to Hammer.
Custom Stock recoil buffed slightly, ADS speed nerfed slightly, renamed to Custom-Made Stock, con updated to be less vulgar.
Doom Shells now has a disclaimer, can now be used on Urban Coalition weapons, can now jam.
EOMPTS Master sight visibility improved, custom texture removed.
Experimental Taser Rounds now increases reload time, file named fixed.
Gunsmith Offensive required files are now included: as such, Gunsmith Offensive is no longer a requirement.
Grease stats tweaked, slightly nerfed.
HDS Flip Sight w/ OKP-7 zoom lowered.
HUDLR renamed to HUD-LR, given proper abbreviated name.
Hair/Heavy trigger no longer change weapon recoil values.
Jury-Rigged Explosive Ammo can now overheat and destroy the weapon, now enables jamming.
Leupold Mark 4 scope visibility improved.
MOONGAZER (Multisight) Mk. II name fixed, positioning corrected, reticle now included, sway added, handling slowed, visibility improved.
Mount Weapon cons updated.
Muzzle Brake X was renamed to Muzzle Brake Mk. X.
Plague Darts now has full name, rebalanced.
Prototype Sear Mk. II can no longer be put on manual action weapons.
Quicker Draw recoil buffed, now increases handling for that true Hollywood cowboy experience.
Rappeler's Barrel name changed to CT Accuracy Rappelling Gun Barrel, pros, cons, and neutrals updated.
Raufoss Ammo disclaimer removed (nobody cared lol), true name changed to Raufoss Mk211 "HEIAP" Munitions.
Raufoss and Antimatter Rounds can no longer be used on Black Ops Pack guns.
Removed unused files.
RPG-7 Mini Nuke detonation sounds fixed. (I fucked with the wrong values, lmao)
Rubber Bullets damage buffed to 15, damagemin nerfed to 1.5.
SLAP Rounds renamed to Saboted Light Armor Penetrator Cartridges, given AbbrevName.
STAR Reengineered renamed to STAR Re-engineered, shotgun heat dissipation buffed.
SUNBEAM (SPOTLIGHT) Mk. II flashlight FOV and sway reduced, visibility improved.
SUNBEAM Spotlight changed to SUNBEAM Floodlight, can now be used on pistols, overall brightness reduced.
Sabotaged Ammo stats tweaked, can now be used on Gunsmith Offensive weapons, given a proper icon (no more trolling :woeisme:).
Several attachment descriptions, pros, cons, and neutrals have been rewritten or tweaked. Try and find what has changed!
Several attachment icons have been tweaked, remade, or created.
Several attachment lua files renamed for organization, may result in preset issues.
TARS PRO-MOD scope visibility improved.
Tank Hunter Rounds RPM and Cycle Time values decreased, reload penalty buffed.

Tankgewehr optic and underbarrel attachment bones changed, positions adjusted, sprint position override removed, shell size shrank to better reflect its actual size
ISh-43 Sawed Off now has barrel length values
S&W Model 500 given new muzzle flash, third person attachment positions fixed
Several weapon barrel length values have been adjusted
STAR Reengineered slightly tweaked for snipers; heat dissipation and delay values increased (slower)

Hair Trigger now usable on UD weapons, reduces trigger delay on UD weapons, firerate nerfed
IRONSHOCK Reforged buffed
Perks "Back to Basics" and "Grease" moved from Training Package to Internals for UD weapons. "Brain Cells" remains unchanged
Plague Darts usable on shotguns and Urban Decay weapons, penetration set to 0.5, cons updated, can now jam guns
Prototype Sear Mk. II tweaked, can now jam, now usable on UD weapons
Quicker Draw tweaked
Rubbet Bullets are now forced physbullets with lowered muzzle velocity, damage type changed to DMG_CLUB (Blunt damage)
SAT Rounds lua file renamed, will unequip old version from all guns that have it after updating
SLAP Rounds rebalanced, can now jam, "muzzle brake" warning removed (not worth adding as a feature)
SUNBEAM Mk. II zoom adjusted, now progressively gets brighter

Uzi 4.6" Pistol Barrel given a disclaimer that it does not use an optic rail
