Keeper's health won't go back to 3 coin health when picking up health up items. Keeper's health will function as usual when picking up Greed's Gullet.

Added Tainted Lilith Birthright effect: spawns red creep under her that deals 2.5x player's damage. Every time she shots umbilical baby spawns red creep trail that deals 1.5x player's damage.
Keeper buff: besides free item per floor now birthright gives +1 health container and effects of Silver Dollar and Rib of Greed.

Tainted Jacob nerf: now Dark Esau is friendly only when Jacob in ghostly form (when Dark Esau damages Jacob). If you want previous version, disable (to avoid problems) Tainted Jacob's Birthright effect in Mod Config Menu and subscribe to this mod. Some description changes.
