Reduced the file size.

Fixed the neck clipping on Mark 4 and 5 suits.

Fixed the ragdolls textures and models for better SFM use.

Fixed the c_arms for the Suitless Andre;
Added the Alternative Suitless Andre model along with playermodel and NPC.

Fixed the LUA for the Suitless NPC;
Added 2 cover arts for both Mark 5 & PainHider NPCs.
