Added mod settings for X axis position of Locked list widget

Added the structures of Year of the Carrat to the locked list.
Added Potted Ferns to the locked list.
Added Potted Succulents to the locked list.

Now you can protect them. Automatic registration will be activated.

Automatic registration will not activated for Thulecite Wall.(For easy farming at Ruins)

If you lock a meat bulb, anyone not in locked list of the meat bulbs can't harvest leafy meat of it.

Added eyeplants to the locked list for protecting a waste disposal site with meat bulbs (temporary protective measures before winter)
