Now, when using Willow's Fire burst skill, it becomes impossible to designate a target when in protective states(Locked dreadstone wall and moonrock or burnable owned sttructures, oceanvine tallbird nest and etc), rather than activating anti-terrorism measures. (It can be inconvenient if punishment occurs indiscriminately.)

When Abigail and Shadow Duelists attack, the locked Dreadstone Wall now correctly protects hostile animals(Vargs, hounds and etc), and the locked Moonrock Wall correctly protects regular animals(grassgekkoes, dears, slurpers rabbits and etc).

• Removed the penalty for using the Willow skill on items that are not owner-structures but can be extinguished by fire. Only a restriction on actions remains.
  
• For the Wigfrid charge skill, if used on a locked statue, a behavior prohibition has been added (Because the charge skill shatters the statue).
