Added Gauss Gun

A few bugs are present with the Gauss Gun that are out of my scope to fix (would require blender experience, as far as I can tell)

tl;dr:

the beam shoots a bit low on the gun (there's no muzzle attachment in the model to tie the beam to)
the spinner doesnt spin (the animation is built into a sequence in the qc file instead of an ACT_ activity, and that either doesn't work or I just don't know how to code it in. which is entirely possible)
