Holiday vendor items moved to cosmetics vendor

-Sail Canvas Health increased, does not affect already placed sails
-Bucket Hat skin added to Cosemetic Vendor
-Desert Lily Flower added to Cosemtic vendor
-Sovereigns Player Shop files added, cannot be crafted for now

Changes to Lootboxes to reduce chance of crash when opened on mass. Visual bug on number of crafts where it can show more then applied max but will show correct number on craft, transfer from inventory or leaving and rejoiningg the server.
