- Fixed critical issue with multithreading on 2 cores CPUs while loading savegames in Sainte-Mere-Eglise mission

- New balance:
- More ammunition, medicine and resources in crates
- More time between enemy waves on Survival level
- Player's units have 100 health points more on Survival level
- Paratroopers have 1 food amount more on the beginning of story on Survival level
- Warning message that "all quest items should be stored in Baker's inventory" is shown before leaving raid
- Throwing knifes tutorial for Survival difficulty
- Men of War Origins campaigns removed if installed
- German prisoner is not spawned anymore if Baker had an out of time in decision
- Removed fences in Picoville
- Removed detected mine in Sainte-Mere-Eglise

- Added visual hints for crates
- Added fire in burning buildings and burning paratroopers corpses
- Murphy is now not spawned as recruitable paratrooper in the Sheler in case if player left Picoville faster than Muphy did
- Rate of fire upgrade is now not shown anymore after you exit workbench
- Turner's quest is not shown in Picoville if it is not taken
- Baker's message about saving pilot is now more clear
- Added task pointers for all tasks in Shelters
- Added autosaves at the beginning and at the end of Shelter missions
