Fixed the issue that was causing imported Maria Hill and Nick Fury to have some cards with black backs.

Changed scenario and modular card images to Unicorns High Quality Scans.
Moved card bags to appropriate locations.
Cleaned up the campaign table for AoS.
Added initial setup scripting for AoS scenarios.

Changed player card images to Unicorns High Quality Scans.
Moved the hero bags to their normal location and added the usual button support.
Added player cards to the card browsers and importer.

Added Agents of Shield cards from a different source than usual. This is just a quick and dirty update to tide us over until my usual source can get their box and do the scanning, labeling, etc.

Everything for the expansion is in a bag on the Campaign table for now.

- Updated the Homebrew Community Spotlight to the current iteration.

- Fixed card importer. MarvelCDB changed how it labeled some items in the backend that was causing the error.
- SP//DR precon fixed. Was another MarvelCDB issue. They changed how they labeled the "Thwip Thwip!" card.
