- Boss Delirium is retextured and renamed to Idea of Evil (only his head, not all bosses version)

- Every tainted character now has a brand of sacrifice on body in floor transitions and boss room entrance (exceptions: Tainted Lost, Dark Esau)

- Tainted Judas in unlocking achievement ( You unlocked "Judas" ) is also has a brand of sacrifice instead of upside down cross

- Berserk - My Brother (Extended) music in Delirium Idea of Evil fight was corrected a little bit to be more dynamic and non stop
