added dice rooms,
balanced a lot of rooms
weighed down some bad vanilla treasure rooms

we might have reached 700+ total new rooms

weighed down by half boring vanilla arcade and libraries, because these rooms are rare, so it would be a waste for them to always be too basic.
weighed down by ten bad chest rooms (like the one with just a key master or poop), because they are cringe
