Toned down some parts of the lightmask and adjusted others to be more visible, and added a flashing option to the rear square beacons.

- Wipers are now on the winsheild and are not dependent upon SCS wipers
- Added another bumper
- There is now beacon customization availible, with a rotating option and a flashing radiant option.
- Changed the transmission to be the Allison 3500 RDS, which is suit for the sweeper and often used for such purpose.
