-Another attempt to fix alt path blind items (this one works better)

-Settings changed in main.lua will no longer be overwritten by save data

-Alt path blind items are now detected and won't trigger the pog (most of the time, at least...)
-Fixed pog not updating after flipping with tainted laz

-Added mod config menu support
-also save data functionality, so you dont have to keep changing the config every time this thing updates.
