- Made the help a bit more helpful and added links to the corresponding workshop discussions.
- Fixed some elements (such as the "Save to.."-Icon) being broken in the playlist editor.
- Removed Shoot First Radio from the playlists, because it is down.
- Added some requested stations to the playlists.
Enter "sv_streamradio_rebuildplaylists" in the console to apply the playlists.

- Added support for the Fallout 3 jukebox on Workshop.
- Added support for Minecraft jukebox and noteblock, they are in the Minecraft SWEP on Workshop.
- Added two Portal 2 speakers.
